Green Chilli

Ingredients:
3 Lbs Pork butt
1/2 Olive Oil
10 Hatch Chilli's (Sliced)
1.5 Lbs Tomatillos
5 Cloves of Gfarlic
1 bumch Cilantro
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 lime
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:
Cut pork into small chunks
heat oil on high and cook pork in small batches till goldn brown.

Boil whole garlic cloves, tomatillos & Cilantro in chicken broth and emough water to cover it for 5 minutes.
Puree with hand blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add pork and chilli peppers to puree and simmer for 30 minutes
